Jorge moved with his family to the United States in 1973 and today, the company truly is a “family affair.” His two daughters, Valentina Adeler Armour and Wendy Adeler Hall are both prominent members of the family business. Valentina earned her BA from George Mason University, as well as her Graduate Gemology degree from GIA. She serves as the Jorge Adeler appraiser, and also designs for the brand. After earning her BA from George Mason University, Wendy went on to earn her Diamond Certificates from GIA. She is the Vice President of Marketing and Philanthropy for the company, and enjoys both serving her community, and promoting the inspired designs of her father and sister.
