The COUTURE Diversity Action Council (DAC) is selecting mentees for its third, two-year mentorship program. If chosen for the program, you will be paired with a mentor who will work with you on establishing your goals for the program and will engage with you one-on-one in accomplishing those goals. You will also be provided with a series of education sessions with your fellow mentees via zoom. These sessions will be recorded, but you will be required to attend a majority of these sessions live so that you may get to know your fellow mentees. Participation in the DAC Mentorship program may include an invitation to attend COUTURE 2025 to better understand the event, and you may have the opportunity to present a collection of your work during our 2026 event.

The below information is necessary in helping us determine if the DAC Mentorship Program can serve your unique needs. Please be as straightforward and thorough as possible when completing the application.

The application will be closed on Tuesday, October 8 at 12:00pm EST. If you are a finalist in the application process, we will inform you by Monday, October 21, at which time we will ask to set up a brief zoom interview with members of the Diversity Action Council.
