The Jan Mohr Award for Excellence will be presented to a member of our retail community who personifies the following qualities:

• Showcases kindness, respect and dignity to everyone around them, especially their brand partners
• Expresses a genuine curiosity about the designers they work with, their team and the state of the industry at large
• Showcases compassion and empathy born out of authentic care and concern
• Embodies a sense of style, grace and aplomb, even under pressure
  
  Individuals nominated for the Cindy Edelstein Award should embody the following qualities:

• A true leader in the fine jewelry and/or timepiece industry
• Dedication to the success of both upcoming and established brands
• Demonstration of a longstanding commitment to the COUTURE community and the industry at large
• An inspiration to others through an enthusiastic attitude and unabated vitality
