Prior to launching the Mike Joseph Jewelry brand, Mike applied the skills he’d honed over a lifetime of apprenticeship and hands-on experience to opening a manufacturing business with his brother, Joseph, in Bangkok, where the brand is now based.

Earning a reputation for meticulous craftsmanship, a sophisticated, distinctive aesthetic and a discerning eye for exquisite materials, the business was a vibrant success. With the launch of Mike Joseph Jewelry in 2015, Mike was able to begin fully expressing his unique vision, and the strong foundation of knowledge, experience and expertise he’s developed over the years allows him to experiment and take creative risks that distinguish his designs.

The construction of Mike’s work expands the canvas for jewelry design through unique forms and silhouettes, gold and diamonds drape and cascade over the body like water, pendants perch at the nape of the neck, gold that is both pliable and structured gently wraps around wrists. His often unconventional choice of materials is another defining characteristic of his designs.

His ready to wear Petali collection is created using colorful titanium paired with complementary hued gemstones, diamonds and 18k gold, while his one-of-a-kind 2019 COUTURE Design Award winning necklace was created over the course of nearly a year with flamingo feathers, diamonds and pearls constructed from 2,500 separate parts. The Flamingo collection that this bespoke piece inspired mimics the flow of feathers in its sleek, sensual lines.
